They repeatedly refered to a paying customer as "the maricón". A proper professional knows to wait for the customer to leave before hurling insults, or better yet just don't insult paying customers.

It was a good experience I still wouldn't rate it four stars it depends on the barber you get or the person you get to cut your hair overall 4, out of 5
