I’ve been here multiple times I drive all the way from up north because I loved their prices but I went to go shop and right when I walked in there was a mother and daughter working the register staring me down. after like 5 mins in the shop they accused me of stealing. I offered for them to search me because I don’t steal but she refused to and kept accusing me of stealing. Very disappointed in this store and I will never return.

This is one of the best beauty supply store in the Kansas City area. They have high quality products. Also, staffs are very helpful. Highly recommend it.

They charged for Human Hair one Bundle that was 50.00, he thought he was giving me a discount.. when I put hair in. I tried to curl it. I set the curling iron in 325. It would not curl. And burned like it was synthetic hair. Please ask to inspect the hair. Human Hair to not smell like Synthetic hair when heat is on it.

The service was quick so you can be in and out. Good selection with fair prices. The parking....not so good. Best when traffic is slow. Go when they open or after 6p. Been a costumer for several years and will continue.
