If you like your hair DO NOT come here. She is extremely unprofessional… was late for my first retwist and questioned me for leaving after calling and texting. There was no one else available so I came back and the retwist was average at best. For the second appointment she never even showed up and got mad that I booked it the night before saying she was “asleep”… she texted me back 5 minutes before I booked. Upon arriving for the 2nd appointment a complete stranger asked me if I was waiting on her too and proceeded to let me know that she’s “always late” … she had two appointments and didn’t show up for either so I know it wasn’t a one off thing. Please don’t support this business if you actually value your time and the health of your hair.

I had a very pleasant experience! Jackie was very professional, gentle & clean. I called them needing same day service on Saturday and they fit me in at 5pm! No waiting! No issues! The atmosphere was relaxing. She had her mask on. My thick hair came out beautifully! I was so pleased i gave her a $20 tip! It was definitely worth it!! I'll be returning soon and post more pictures then.

I booked an appointment with her for the first time and she texted me at 3:33pm asking me to come in at 5pm instead….. my appointment was scheduled for 4pm.. I thought that was very unprofessional especially because I am a first time client.. not only that but it was such short notice. She did cancel my appointment when I asked her to.. that’s one good thing I can say.

UPDATE: The owner responded to my review offering to refund me or do my service. I reached out to her via phone, text, and on Instagram with no success. STAY AWAY. The Poor customer service I received at this salon was beyond appalling. My service started at 4:30 pm, I was washed, my hair was blow dried, and I was trimmed. I was supposed to receive 2 strand flat twist however the stylist, Adilah, told me she needed to finish another client. I waited from 5:20 pm-8:00 pm. At 8:00 when I approached her to tel her I was leaving she told me I owed her 35.00!!! I could not believe it. No apologies, never came to me to provide any updates, NOTHING! All she cared about was 35.00 after she wasted HOURS of my time. I was told, “at the end of the day you were provided with a service.” I expressed m

The pricing here is cheap but you get what you pay for their hair stylist could be a little better but she tries really hard to do what you ask for been here several times but not sure if I'll be back they need to do a better job at keeping appointments and not making people wait
