I was a walk in and was immediately seated. Miss Jessica takes her time to do her job well. The cost for my fill was a decently affordable. I will recommend this nail salon.

I don’t normally make reviews (I know that’s what they all say) But I used to be a big Jessi Nails fan so I was looking forward to going back after a few years. I made appointments online for my mom and me through the giant Book Online button on their page. When we got to the salon they asked if we had appointments and I said yes. They then asked if I did them online or called. I replied with online. The gentleman said we don’t do online and pointed at a small paper sign on their wall that stated “No online appointments, phone only” I’m not really sure how someone is supposed to see a sign on the wall inside of a business if they are at home and on the website, but ok. The woman then asked what we wanted and I let her know 2 full sets to which the man replied “we can’t do that” and went b

I had made a review on here a few years ago stating the ridiculousness of not being able to buy a gift card for my mom with a card and the rudeness that was surrounded by it but I took it down due to feeling bad about it… My mom and I went in a few days ago for a pedicure and they rushed through the entire pedicure, leaving a lot to be desired. On multiple occasions my moms aid ow because the gentleman doing her pedicure kept poking under her nail.. fast forward a few days and she has an abscess under her nail and is leaving on a two week vacation today! Going to check out I was again ridiculed for paying with card and told that “maybe next time you’ll pay cash”… well, unfortunately there will not be a next time. Wonderful experience! Nail technicians take the time to ask you exactly what you need and want. With sensitive nail beds, it's difficult, nearly impossible to find technicians who are willing to take the extra time using emery boards vs the metal electric bit heads for prepping to apply a new full acrylic set! If your like me.. these destroy sensitive, thin nails. Had the 💅 nails done today last minute for a special event, decided to try JESSI NAILS, and had no time for it to go wrong. Very happy, they arent thick like most places, and turned out beautiful! JESSI NAILS is worth the money! They go above and beyond. Just communicate with your nail Technicians, and you *will* get exactly what you ask for. If you are shy, try to find a photo similar to what you want amd show them. 😉 Highly rec

So disappointed today after getting a pedicure here, I’m 9 months pregnant and wanted one last pedicure before baby comes and they were so rude, barely scrubbed mine and my moms feet. As an avid pedicure girl I know for a fact what they did was mediocre. Then when my mom picked her color (pastel yellow) they tried to say it was neon and painted white under? I have never seen that before and they wouldn’t listen when we kept saying not to do the while and laughed at us and said it was neon. Definitely won’t be back and will be telling friends and family not to come here, for the prices we expect at least nice service, what a shame this place use to be amazing. Also felt super pressured to tip which is just annoying after that kind of service.
