They gave me store credit but the paper was a little hard to read. But you could clearly see the stores name on it. The manager refused to give me the store credit and claimed she didn't write it. They just lost a customer I'll find a better committed beauty supply store.

The staff is very nice to me and very patient with me every time I go. I try not to make big purchases for the very reason the other reviews state. I dont want to feel like Im gamblijg with my money. I just stick to makeup, and other small supplies. I wish they had a larger selection of products. Fair prices. Anything I want that I cannot find, I get online.

They know their stuff! I went all around the store looking for things I needed and couldn't find. I asked one of the guys and they knew exactly what I needed. :)

I'm biased when it comes to this store because they stock loofah mitts that are very durable and have almost everything I need, such as professional hair brushes, combs, scissors and other male grooming products.

The place is packed with lots of supplies. The lady who helped me was really nice and friendly.
