Jer-Z Nails and Spa

I absolutely loved this place! It was my first visit due to a friend's recommendation, and I'm honestly blown away. It's spacious, very clean, more sociable than any other salon I've been to, the staff are wonderful and welcoming, and most of all, the craftsmanship of the nail techs is stunning. I had Kenny and his wife, Sam, doing my set and they were very gentle. My gel acrylic set cost $60 which is very well priced considering the work Sam did for all the individual designs. Kenny sculpted my nails perfectly to the size and shape I wanted as well. I have really nothing to say other than I WILL 200% be going back there, and I would (and already have) recommend this establishment to anyone I know who likes to get their nails done.

Love coming to this place to get my nails done. Appointment recommended and you won’t even wait. They are quick, place is clean and prices are really good for the area. Always love how my nails look when done! Sam my favorite for shaping and design!

They took me last minute which was nice. But the guy was a bit harsh while filing. I chose 31 number super dark color. And he only had 2 coats which was not as dark as was shown on the catalog. I had to ask him to put another coat. Also, he did not do a good job on filing my nails. They are all different shapes. Even tho they are the closest to my house, will never go there again.

I called last minute and they took me in, that was great, thank you. Unfortunately, I had a man who not only didn't give me a fair foot massage as part of the pedi but when I got home I realized that he left all of my callous on both my feet. As if I never went to the salon. I now need to spend double the amount just to receive a real pedi.

I’m glad to see other people had a better experience than myself, because I have never felt so disregarded and treated so poorly. I informed the nail tech that my nails were not paint, they were powder and my real nails were the length underneath. She asked if I wanted powder, I answered I don’t have to have it, paint is fine. Then she asked if I wanted them cut down and put a tip, I also said that is fine, whatever is easiest for her. As she proceeded to tend to my existing set of nails, she was very rough and ripped them from my actual nail while saying “sorry” with each rip, indicating she saw I was clearly in pain. I was then passed over to a new nail tech, which I was hopeful for a less rough experience, and it began well. Then he proceeds to ask if it hurts (him removing my nails) an
