I have been going to this salon for years!! I always get my nails done by Jimmy and I personally enjoy a quiet relaxing service which is what I get. He always has great suggestions for my nails and I always have 3 week+ retention. He’s very kind and good at his job 😊

I went here for the first time for a pedicure and liked it a lot. This nail salon is more spacious than most, and the technicians were friendly. I would recommend making an appointment, as it was busy even when I was there later in the day. My tech listened to what I wanted, and was gentle and very good. They have a huge selection of colors to choose from. They took care in cleaning and sanitizing the foot basins each time.

if you are looking for the BEST place to get your manicure and pedicure, I highly recommend JEN’’S NAIL salon in Round rock Texas. I have been a client for seven years. Their salon is very clean, comfortable, and affordable. Jen and her staff are amazing! I choose S&S for my manicure and it literally lasts me four weeks. Why? Because Jen takes the time to make sure that it’s perfect. They are conveniently located by Round Rock high school. if I could, I would give them 10 stars!!

I recently visited this nail salon for a French tip manicure in preparation for my homecoming, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. I've been here before and had a great experience with one of the female technicians, so I decided to return. This time, I was assigned a different technician—a male worker—and while I had no problem with that initially, the service was not at all up to par. During the appointment, he cut my cuticle, causing it to bleed, yet there was no apology or acknowledgment of what happened. Instead, he just told me to wash it off. Throughout the session, he was rude and dismissive, telling me not to look at my nails because I was "distracting" him, which made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I love going to Jen's Nails! I've tried several, but I'm grateful that my friend gave me a gift card here, cause I've come here ever since! Friendly service! Clean and spacious environment! Great job on both mani/pedis and price is comparable. I bring all my friends here and they love it too!
