Jenny's Nails & Spa

I’m sad to say that this has been the worst experience in a nail salon. I called ahead and made an appointment. My mani was subpar and she nipped a finger. Moving on to my pedi, she handed me off to a young girl and she cut off half of my big toe nail and in an attempt to even things out the other tech cut my other toe and made me bleed. In total 3 techs did my pedi, and the gel polish pooled in the corner. They made me pay full price for the services. If I could give it a zero I would.

Jenny’s nail service was clean and had a nice friendly staff of girls. The customers also seemed to be regulars and has a good relationship with Jenny. They were able to get my daughter Adison and I in pretty quick without an appt. We were pleased. My daughter got a special cut for her nails and she loved it! We will be going back. Thank you ladies!!

Idk the lady’s name that did my nails but she had a horrible attitude ! And my nails came out like trash. The lady that did my nails only knew how to do feet. She did a horrible job at doing my nails. Their prices are really affordable and I see why. They are fat ! The shape is wide, crooked and discombobulated. Not worth the 38$ I wasted ! If I could give them zero stars I would. Oh and I did mention I didn’t like the shape and all she said was “she isn’t done” 0/10 go somewhere else

Absolutely horrendous. The nail tech I had seemed to have no interest in being there or even giving me decent service. She was VERY ungentle when it came to doing my toes after i repeatly asked her to be a little more gentle when she was around my cuticles. Now the acrylics… I have went to jennys 3 time prior to this time and loved it however this set looked TERRIBLE. I asked for mid length almond shaped aryclics with a coral colored french tip on them. I don’t know what I got but it definitely wasn’t that. They were a mix of short and mid length and completely different shapes on each nail. I also told the lady politely that the color was wrong and she insisted it wasn’t. (it was very wrong). We came into Jenny’s as a party of 5, prepared to get nails done for an upcoming wedding day THIS SATURDAY. The attached picture is of the BRIDE’S nails! This was after they “repainted” them. The first color was supposed to be white. Instead of drilling the color off (the first color was GRAY), they painted over the color and put white on top. The nails are thick, uneven, and in no way shape or form worthy of wedding pictures. Not to mention, 3 out of 5 people in the party were CUT during services. When the business was contacted, they stated they “did to the best of their ability” and “no one complained” which is untrue. We requested a refund and made it blatantly clear we would NOT return for them to “fix” the nails because we clearly have experienced the “best of their ability”. Do not
