Jenny's Nails Spa

Jenny Nails is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! My nails were sloppy. The nail tech was rude and rushed my service. I have Immediately left and went to Zen Nails! They did an amazing job fixing this mess fromJennys. I don't know how she stays in business!!!

Came in to get my eyebrows done and the man left a bald spot in my eye brow. Then caught an attitude because I said something , this is the second time they messed up my eyebrows … do not recommend

To start, I got a gel refill and it was very rushed and sloppy. There's paint around my nails and air bubbles in the actual polish. Not to mention, some of my nails have this grayish swipe of color which looks gross. They didn't have the color I wanted (or the backup to that color) so when I mentioned that the blue was too much, Jenny said "That's because you picked a dark blue" when she didn't have half the colors I wanted. Just very unprofessional and the place was not clean. They insist on masks, which is fine, but that's about the only sanitary practice happening there. Overall, I'm just really disappointed and will not be returning.

Went in for a color change and after I finished the dryer, I noticed the polish looked very lumpy on my big toes. I asked her to put another coat on to make it look smooth and this is what I got. Also, the salon is very dirty. This was my first and last time going to this salon. ( Don’t mind the swelling, I’m 39 weeks pregnant)

Alright... This is kinda crazy but my first review was a legit 2. My nails were horrible 😭😭😭 But ... Since then I returned out of desperation one night A YEAR AGO and found my Lilly. OMG!!! I didn't even want to say so but she is the GOAT. If you want your nails to be beautiful 😍 strong 🏆💅🏾👈🏾🫶🏾 Go to her! 💪🏾 I have been going to her for the last year and I only had ONE nail break and that was because I was Zipling... another story for another time. But frfr, my nails are always on point and I get compliments all the time every time. Now I am not easy, if you look at my reviews, I am hyper critical of nail salons and techs because 1. This is my favorite form of self-care pamperation and 2. I used to be a nail tech. I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years and Lilly is in the top
