Had a really good experience at Jenny’s Hair & Beauty Salon in New Jersey! I went in for waxing, and the lady who did it (Reshma or Rashmi — sorry I forgot the exact name!) was so professional and caring. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time, even though waxing can be painful. The salon is very clean and well maintained, and the overall experience was great. I’d definitely recommend this place!

Terrible experience! I went for eyebrow threading, and they completely messed it up — one eyebrow is higher than the other. When I asked about it, the staff casually said, “That happens,” as if bad service is normal here. Absolutely no professionalism, no apology. If you value your appearance and your time, please avoid this place
