Jenny Nails spa & Lashes

Visited Jenny’s for the first time today and I think this may have been the best manicure i’ve ever gotten - Kevin did my gel-x and was super precise and thorough. Very nice place & reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend!

I visited Jenny nails yesterday under the recommendation from my neice. She knows that I have been searching for my “nail home/person”. I have visited about 6/7 other nail salons in this area over the last 6 months. Not all of them were necessarily bad, they just weren’t “it” for me. I was so impressed from the moment I walked in! The salon is beautiful and everyone was so friendly. I got a fill in with builder gel and Jenny did an OUTSTANDING job! She cleaned and prepped my nails meticulously before she started the full and explained to me the importance of doing so. She was so kind and accommodating as were all of the staff. For the first time in YEARS I left there knowing that I had found my forever nail person! ❤️

I scheduled my appointment for 6:30 to get my lashes done the day before. However, on the day of the appointment via text, at 2:19, I was informed that it had been moved to 3:30 without my consent. Since I couldn't make the 3:30 time due to being at work, I called and asked if I could come at 5:30 instead. When I arrived at 5:20, I was told I had to wait until 6:30 by Jenny. This was incredibly unprofessional on Jenny's part. She did nothing to accommodate the situation, only asking if I could come in the next day. I had scheduled this appointment for a Friday specifically because I was going out of town, so I won’t be booking with them again. I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and the poor handling of the situation.

Jenny fixed my nails perfectly! I had come in with super built up nails and left with really pretty, nicely shaped builder gel nails! They look natural and very well done!

Highly recommend Tram and the whole team at Jenny’s nails spa and lashes! I have been getting dip powder on my natural nails for many years and no one does it like Tram 5⭐️s everyday!
