Jenny Nails

Bought my girlfriend here to ger her nails done and we were never greeted when we walked in. One nail tech started to do HIS OWN nails when while we waited. Finally after 30 minutes, at 6:15 we were told that my girlfriend couldn’t get a simple fill-in for her nails. Mind you the place closes at 7pm. We came here last minute and are happily sitting at lucky nail spa (13 minutes away). Much better atmosphere and better service.

The service was mediocre. Luckily, she has beautiful feet or else the nail polish job would look like a child tried to paint it. After tipping the lady who did the job, the boss asked for more tip for the other worker. I was shocked and asked when was this ever a requirement. She started speaking in her language to the lady, so when I asked her to respond to me in English. The boss gave me a fake smile and stated that it was just good conscience because time was hard. Wow! The audacity! Never going back!!! Time is hard on everyone.

Got myself a classic pedicure with callus removal today. Best $27 ever spent! The massage chair and professional staff were so great. Will be returning soon ! 🫶🏼

The gel paint on my acrylic nails and toes started bubbling up and chipping off the next morning. I had to go on vacation with poorly done nails. If I could give it 0 stars I would, I don’t recommend this nail salon. I was very disappointed with the outcome.

Absolutely terrible service, very rude and dismissive. I’d rather pay more for a better experience I’d rate this ZERO stars if it was a choice
