I attempted to return sealed, unused hair care products at this Jenny’s location less than 24 hours after purchase. The items were never opened and never even removed from the bag. I was immediately told by the cashier that returns were not allowed because they were “personal care items.” I explained that hair care products are not comparable to items like lip gloss and asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor repeated the same policy in a snarky, dismissive manner, then contradicted herself by saying that only hair is returnable, which made the refusal make even less sense. Lady behind the register harassed me about returning an item I bought. Kept telling me I can't return an item. I told her I purchased this item before and have no intentions of returning it. I told her I have never returned any hair I just throw it away

If your hours of operation say you're open to 8 then you should honor that instead of closing early

Whoever is in charge of taping the lipglosses needs to find another thing to do ASAP. I bought 5 lip glosses and could only use 1 because of the way they’re taped up.
