I purchased the Jenny’s Virgin Remy Kinky Curly hair in 22 inches, and the bundles were all different textures and lengths. I wasn’t able to get a shorter length that matched either. On top of that, the hair will not bleach at all. I’m disappointed, especially since I can’t return it.

Hello I'am so upset this was my first time shopping at jenny Beauty supply. I normally shop in Plano I was only in the store for 10 mins when I entered Daniel greeted me I asked him where the razar was and he escorted me to that location he was very professional however the bad experience was with the caucasian white lady who was to the right of the store as soon as you enter I guess she was putting labels on the product I had a question about one of the hats and she immediately had a attitude with me and rolling her eyes and mumbling under her breath as if she did not want to be bothered and treated me like I was trash and then lied and said I was arguing with her because I called her out on her unprofessional behavior, if the owner is reading this please run your camera so you can see he

This is my new favorite beauty supply store. It is huge and has a very good selection of wigs, hair, makeup, accessories, etc. The two ladies that helped me were excellent, and the owner was also helpful. Their prices were very reasonable as well.

I had a really unpleasant experience with a worker named Melissa. My friend and I simply asked her to open a jewelry case so we could look at a nose piercing. Instead of responding politely, she spoke to us in a rude and aggressive tone, repeatedly saying “Are y’all ready? Are y’all ready?” as if we were trying to check out. When we calmly clarified that we just wanted to see the nose piercing, she snapped back, saying that’s what she had just asked, but in a very hostile way. Her attitude felt unnecessarily confrontational, and when we reacted to how she spoke to us, she continued to be short and rude. Customer service should be respectful, especially when customers are simply asking for assistance. This interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.

When my friend and I walked through the store we began looking for the products we needed. The man at register continuously leaned over from the register to stare at us and watch us. Once we came to the register my friend, who had more to purchase than I did, placed her items on the counter and tried to pay with cash and the same man behind the register asked her is she was paying with cash when she clearly had the cash in her hand then asked if he could complete my purchase first. My friend proceeded to inform the staff that we are together just purchasing separately, and I told him it was okay to ring her out first but he insisted I purchase first so I did.
