Jenny Beauty Supply Arlington

I've been a customer of Jenny's since I moved here 13 years ago and have always been able to find what I need/want at great prices and customer service. However on today I did my first return from a purchase made 2 days prior and was immediately accused of not only opening the bottle of conditioner but removing the seal and using the product. I insisted on the opposite as she called for someone to check the other bottles for a seal, which didn't exist on any of them but she still kept on with the allegation. She didn't apologize for the accusation or inconvenience and I most definitely won't visit any location ever again.

Very large store with tons of inventory. Staff were pleasant and I like the fact that they carry kid hair in shorter length.

Just about everything you need for hair and beauty is here! Jenny's has a huge selection of wigs, hair extensions and more! The store is kept very neat and organized. They also sale mens hair products, clothing and accessories. They do not have a rewards program like another beauty supply stores. Or if there is one, no one said anything about it so I assumed there's not. The staff was friendly and helpful. Most of their products are reasonably priced. However I didn't notice any sales on any of the items, and being that it's so close to time for kids to go back to school I thought there would be sales throughout the store. Still a great place to purchased hair and beauty products!

Online and the sign on the door says the store close at 9pm. I was at the door at 8:50 and was told they are closed. I only needed to get 1 gold nose piercing hoop that would only take a minute. I am very unsatisfied that I now have to drive here again tomorrow for 1 simple item. Really considering not even coming back here to spend money if the store cant even stay open the full hours.

This place is huge but its well organized and has alot of merch. There's a huge selection of wigs and its affordable. The young lady in the wig section was nice and helpful. Overall this is a cool little spot. Id recommend
