Jennifer's Nails - Woodland Park

I am writing this review because what happened during my last visit to Jennifer Nails in Little Falls was unacceptable and caused serious damage to my natural nails. The nail set shown in my photos was done here for New Year’s Eve in Times Square. I received a VIP media invitation connected to One Times Square / Times Square Alliance, and those nails were done specifically because they were going to be photographed and filmed during NYE coverage, including images of me holding the crystal from the New Year’s Eve ball. I was genuinely happy with the work and tagged this salon and the owner positively at the time. I returned to the same salon because I trusted them and needed my nails professionally removed so I could get a gel polish manicure for another VIP invitation at the Empire State

Love! I got my nails done by someone new today & as always they came out amazing! Love their attention to detail & how they took their time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted

Rico is great! He will ask if I like the color and asked if I liked the “S” today. He match the inspo perfectly, I wish I asked for a thicker french tip, but that was my fault. If I asked he would’ve done it, I was distracted and then it was too late😭. Anyways this was my first time at this location, I usually go to the fairfield one, but both locations are always very clean. I highly recommend and always tell my friends to go too! (total was $55)

So I will say the customer service here was amazing. The lady that did my pedicure took her time. She was sweet and friendly. I was gonna do this review as soon as I got my nails done, but I wanted to see how long this was gonna last. They did a really good job of making me feel special because this was for my birthday however, when it came to my nails, it did not go as well as my pedicure. I am a person that allows you to do you and I won’t try to overshadow your job, but I noticed that to prep my nails wasn’t much care. I am used to the Lady that I go to and she her Time with doing your nails about an hour and a half not even for a full set she starts off your nails as if she’s doing a manicure. My nails was not prepped nor cuticle push or my nails clean for the $97 that I paid. It went

On Thursday, October 2 out shopping at Amazon Fresh decided to get my nails done at the nearby Jennifer Nails. I got home one day later October 3 ,nails started chipping so I said I'm going back on Saturday, October 4 to get my nails fixed. A young lady did my nails over. After getting my nails fixed Saturday, October 4 coming home, noticed that the nail was still rising. They did a horrible job. I will never go there again. Didn't take much time in prepping my nails as far as you know dipping them in the bowl softening my cuticles or anything like that, horrible, horrible experience. Take a look at the pictures. This was my first and last time going there, all within a matter of two days.
