I asked for a ½-inch trim and to keep my existing style, but that is not what I got. Significantly more length was removed, and the shape was changed without discussion or confirmation. The ends were heavily texturized, leaving the haircut uneven and wispy rather than clean and full. I left feeling that my request was not listened to. Jennifer, the owner, was the stylist for my appointment, which made this experience especially disappointing. I expected clearer communication and greater care given her role and experience. A haircut should reflect respect for the client’s instructions. Unfortunately, correcting this will require additional time and expense at another salon.

Jennifer is my #1 stylist. She knows how to give you a style that matches your features and your lifestyle. Easy on the go style. Very quiet, clean anf organized. Sean her husband is very entertaining and very friendly. They are a great team. I always leave happy and always return. 5+ years of coming her and I'm extremely happy with the services Jennifer provides.

Sean is one of the coolest people I've met at a barber shop/ Hair Salon, it was very welcoming there and was able to have a full blown 20 minute conversation with Sean about martial arts. This is definetly my new go to spot for hair cuts

Always got my haircut from Jennifer ever since my first baby. She's very detailed and skillful. I decide to get my hair dye with highlights this time and I'm so pleased with the result! Love it!

I’ve had the pleasure of having Alice as my stylist multiple times, and she is incredibly kind and talented. She has done both my and my sister's hair, and every time I request a specific style, she matches it perfectly. I absolutely love the environment of the place, and the fact that they are always playing Kpop is a huge plus!
