I am so disappointed with my experience and wish I’d listened to the other negative reviews. I drove over an hour for an appointment with Jennifer that I had booked a week prior but she just never showed up. The salon was closed and there was no answer when I called. I waited half an hour, left her a voicemail saying that I would be in town for a while longer if there was a mixup or something but she never returned my call. I drove by the salon again on my way out of town 4 hours later and the salon was open and she was with another client. I poked my head in and was told she apparently hadn’t even know about my appointment, despite me receiving two confirmation emails and a text. She did a FANTASTIC job on my son's hair. Very reasonable price for a quality work. She was pleasant and talkative and outgoing and hospitable. A pleasure to see her
