Horrible experience, and when I tried to respectfully call without insulting or being rude to the male tech, even after sitting though all of my cuticles being cut to bleed, the only option given was to go back, to the same place that just stuck me with the worst full set of my life, so they could “fix it”…. When I simply asked how to remove them asap rather than paying someone else to do so AND THEN put on another new set…. There was no response other than it’s dangerous and I need to go back for them to see. After seeing reviews here and how someone else turned out with their nail removal, I’m not exactly inclined to go back. So I’ll take the loss of $65 as refunds aren’t their thing, but never again will I step foot in there. I’ve always had short nails and nail bed, not once have they

Awful experience. The man was extremely rude and when i asked him to cut my nails shorter he cut them all the way down so that it wasn’t even possible to shape them. He screamed at me and was very passive aggressive so I left immediately after. This place we very dirty and it look like the tables have never been cleaned. Do not go here! It looks like my nails got chewed off.

Always love getting my nails done. Tried going somewhere else but they had a scheduling issue and couldn't take me. Went back to Jennifer nail and they were able to accommodate me & me sister as last minute walk-ins. Highly recommend!

Been going this place for about 7 years now and I’ll never go anywhere else!! This place gives the best pedicures and are so incredibly talented when it comes to nail art! This family is amazing and ill forever be a loyal customer.

Love this place nails always look amazing
