Easy walk-in experience. Manager was courteous. Natalia in booth 10 was able to attend me right away. She understood what I needed and got me out of there in 45 mins with a new fresh set. Color Walnut brown, leopard print ring finger.

They did a great job with my nails, no complaints. Had a picture & she did awesome art work.

This is my second time at Jenni nail salon. I got switched around with 3 different people. They rushed people in and out. I got a French ombré. When they were spraying the white on....kept using comet spray to clean off what was messed up. Sprayed the white so hard the white has a ton of cracks all through the paint. The white has a yellow tint which looked like I smoked 2 packs of cigarettes with each finger. The whole time putting the clear gel on on top of this....was staring at my nails knowingly that they looked terrible. They never cleaned the over spray from the white they put on my nails. They also missed the left side of each nail while painting on the clear gel and the light pink under the ombré. I will not be coming back to this place. As a female getting her nails done we go to

Just went there for the first time, after hearing good things about it. A day later I noticed bubbling on my thumb nail, and now today it popped and started peeling. Now I have bubbling under two more nails that wasn’t there the other day. Super disappointed, including because I generously tipped since they looked good when I left!

Surprised my wife with a nail day before vacation. Jenni Nail Spa was very clean with friendly staff . The young lady was fast and did a great job with her finger nails and toe nails. After an hr my wife was very happy ! Thanks for a great job !
