I grew up with the same hair stylist, who is also a family friend, cutting my hair until my early 20s when I moved to a different state. I had some negative experiences when I moved with salons having kind of pretentious stylists who I felt didn't really listen to me. I am so glad I found Jenna's Salon! Everyone is so kind! First of all, they have complimentary water bottles, a coat closet, and comfortable seating. When it comes to getting your hair done, all the stylists are very chatty and engaging with their clients. I can tell people feel like their preferences and visions for their hair are being heard by the stylist. I get my hair done by Madison and couldn't be happier. Wow!! What a salon. I booked a keratin treatment with Sonya, who was so friendly and knowledgeable! I had never gotten a keratin treatment before so initially, I booked a full keratin treatment, but Sonya informed me that for my hair texture (fine hair), an express keratin treatment would give me the best results. I really appreciate that she was up front with me about this and helped me achieve my DREAM HAIR— it’s soooo glossy and smooth! I typically struggle with dry ends that create the tiniest, tightest tangles no matter how often I detangle and brush. This has already saved me so much time and frustration. I can not say good enough about Kaila at this salon! Kaila really gave an amazing consultation, gave really good feedback, was very open & honest about what was possible with my time frame and also what would look best on me! Kaila was incredibly sweet, friendly, welcoming, and above all , it gave me a safe space to chat, relax, and feel beautiful! She was upfront about pricing, expectations and she was also extremely gentle with how she not only handled my hair, my color and my haircut but was very open the entire time on what she was doing and what She felt comfortable doing, too!! Another fantastic hair experience! I was soooo over due for a cut and Emma did an amazing job. She walked me through every step, I found her kind, warm, personable, and very talented. She made sure I was completely satisfied before I left the salon. I usually don't talk that much during haircuts but with Emma things were different. I enjoyed our conversation and time together. Chloe did my make up and hair for my wedding and I loved how beautiful she made me feel. The hair and make up stayed fresh the whole night, for any future events I will be coming to her for my hair and make up. I go to Brittany for my hair cuts and highlights and she is amazing! I am very grateful to have found Jenna's Salon and they are great at what they do. I highly recommend the salon to everyone!!
