I’ve been going to Cindy since her last salon, and she never disappoints! Sometimes I get indecisive with my hair, but Cindy is always super patient and takes the time to talk through all my ideas with me. She explains the process so I know exactly what to expect, which I really appreciate. She always makes sure I’m happy with the final result, and she gives great tips on maintenance and keeping my hair healthy. She really knows her stuff when it comes to different hair types and products, which makes such a difference. Aside from her professional aspects, Cindy is so nice & easy to talk to. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to leave happy. Highly recommend booking with her!!

I’ve often driven past Jenn Shin Studio when I’m in Rockville, and since I was looking for a new stylist, I decided to finally reach out. From my first conversation with Jenn to scheduling my appointment, she was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. She truly cares about her clients — even though she wasn’t accepting new ones, she took the time to recommend stylists at her studio who would be a great fit for my needs. I ended up booking with Cindy, and she did not disappoint! She was so sweet and did an amazing job with both my cut and color. I went to see Cindy at Jenn Shin Studios for a transformational haircut today, and she absolutely nailed it! I got exactly what I wanted and honestly, even better than I imagined. Rachel at Jenn Shin Studios is an incredibly talented stylist. Her attention to detail is so impressive, and her ability to translate the consultation into an amazing result is unmatched. I love how she continuously checks in during the appointment, giving me options and explaining them in detail. When I came in for my first appointment, we worked out a long-term plan to reshape my hair from previous cuts without compromising my length. She really listened to my preferences and gave me valuable feedback. The final result was even better than I envisioned, and I have left every appointment feeling so grateful to be her client. I love Jenn Shin Studios!!! I’ve been going to Cristy here for a few years now and she does such a great job with my hair everytime. She’s always open to trying different colors and styles I want to do, and she always takes the time to make sure I get the result I want.
