Jeni Eyebrow

I’m very upset about leaving this review but I have to warn others. Jeni is so sweet and she threaded my eyebrows very well the first 3 times I went to her. I don’t know what happened, but the more often I go to her for threading the more uneven my eyebrows look. I wanted to cry today walking out of her threading station. The front of my brows look sooo uneven. They weren’t uneven before I started going to her and I can always tell someone threads too much off my brows when I feel a persistent sting in that area. I now I have fill them in and let them grow out to get them fixed elsewhere. Again, not sure why the quality of service went down the more I went to her. And I’m always the only one there at her station so it’s not like she rushes to fit in other clients.

I went to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted done. Jenny did an amazing job .she was so friendly. My eyebrows never looked this great before!!

I went bc of the great reviews. I was told she would return in 5 minutes and ended up waiting 20. Returned a different day and she was not there again. A family member tried going twice and both times she wasn’t there. She is not running a professional business and only comes when it is suitable for her instead of the hours that are posted on google.

Just WOW, unbelievable service, my eyebrows were messed up due to getting them threaded in other places but after I visited Jeni Eyebrow my original eyebrow came to its shape. Most importantly, the staff there listened to me and made me feel so confident with their expertise.
