Having been in 3 car accidents, I've had a LOT of massages. I just experienced my first massage with Jen. This was the BEST massage I've had in years! I am definitely going back. She is very experienced, knowledgeable, and personable. I highly recommend and will refer family and friends her way.

I’m writing this on behalf of Jen Melle, LMT who I have known for 10-15 years. I am the clinic director at Mill Creek Chiropractic Clinic and have been in Mill Creek for over 30 years. As part of the treatment protocols in our office we use chiropractic care, exercise therapy and massage therapy as an adjunct. I have massage therapists in my office that work for me but I occasionally refer outside of the office, especially if they have a an insurance that my therapists doesn't contract with. In those situations, Jen is at the top of the list for those I refer to because I feel comfortable with her and our mutual patients have always been happy with her care. I have personally received massage services from Jen at various times over the years and think she does a great job.

I called 3 times in the last week and I didn’t get a single call back! I wouldn’t have minded if she called to let me know there are no availabilities but the lack of response in the last 2 weeks is really unprofessional and is poor customer service.
