Jen Donnellan Hair Studio

Jen has been cutting and styling my hair for many, many years. I cannot tell you how many compliments on my hairstyle I continue to get even into my 70’s. The cut has changed through the years but it is always contemporary. As time went on and gray started showing up, she started low-lighting/high-lighting my hair so that it looks like I am only starting to turn gray. It is a natural look that I prefer at my age. (Plus less maintenance than dying.). I highly recommend Jen because she knows her stuff, stays up to date on styles and listens to my requests and concerns. Plus she is so much fun to chat with!

I have been going to Jennifer for 25+ years for excellent coloring and highlights. She gives great haircuts, and her skills with a hairdryer and brush are amazing! I like that her salon is small and tranquil. No trouble parking on the street or in the lot behind her studio. Jen is very accommodating if I need to change an appointment, and she is interesting and fun to talk with. We discuss TV shows, books & politics sometimes. I recommend her warmly.

Jen is probably the best hairdresser I’ve ever had! At 81 (me) that is saying a lot. She is terrific with new cuts and styles and honest when it comes to giving feedback to you regarding what looks good on you. I was referred to Jen by a friend who has been going to her for over 35 years. Clearly she’s a keeper with great skills, good personality, Wonderful sense of humor.

Jennifer is a hair stylist that really listens to what you want and will continue to fine tune her cut each time she cuts your hair. I have been very happy with her hair styling skills! She is also one of the most authentic and entertaining people!
