First of all, the vibes in this place are amazing! Each stylist has their own style and they let it shine! I've had the pleasure of having Tillie do my hair on numerous occasions, and the end result is always better than I expect. If you're looking for a stylist who takes what you want into account but is also super knowledgeable on what might be best for your lifestyle, Tillie is your girl. She's also great at picking the right colors - I never thought I could pull off blonde but she worked her magic and I love the end result every time!

I have bounced around Big Rapids finding the best place to do hair for a long time. I have not thought twice about going ANYWHERE else after finding Jemz. It is hands down thee best place I have personally ever gotten my hair colored/cut. The passion and care that comes from this place is amazing. I will always recommend to everybody!

Kenzie is who I will alwaaaays recommend, she is amazing. shes always helped me fix my hair. she's so bubbly and nice, she makes it seem as if you've been best friends for a long time.

Great salon! All the girls are wonderful and work together like a family! They each have different specialties and strengths for what you are looking to do with your hair! I personally see Kayla June and she works miracles with my thick long hair and always makes sure I leave feeling better than when I walked in!

Today was my first time at Jemz Salon and I can say I should have come here sooner! Tillie did my hair more beautiful than the inspiration pic I showed her- and she was so easy to talk to that the appointment flew by! Sorry, Tillie, you’re stuck with me forever now 😂
