I had the most amazing and pampering experience at JeicobyScott & Co. They are the best!! The most professional and caring folks you will ever meet. The space is warm and inviting and you feel like you are being pampered in your own personal spa space. Now, let's talk about the services... Shampoo and scalp treatment were luxurious, my scalp feels amazing and the massage made me feel like I had left my body. My cut was superb, blowout amazing and I left feeling like a new woman. My whole family loves my new look and I will be a coming back as soon as possible. My review may seem over the top, but I honestly rarely leave reviews, but these folks truly deserved me to rave about my experience. You will not be disappointed with a visit here!!!

They move locations, work out of an incubator, never update their website, and seemingly split from most of their staff. Avoid until they get their act together. Went here regularly at the Manchester location and the staff seemed happy and I always had a great experience. Since their move to South Windsor the front end experience is horrific. The group makes no sense given you punch a code in to meet your stylist. It's wild that several people stayed with them at this location given they no longer contribute space and resources after each stylist got their own space. Now it seems they are cutting ties with several stylists out the blue with no real communication to clients. Absolute clown fiesta.

We moved here from New York about a year and a half ago and found an amazing hairstylist. But her husband was in the military and she is retired leaving us to search out another hairstylist. I was looking specifically for my eight year old daughter. I happen to stumble across this place because of the reviews on Yelp and decided to check it out. Since I'm not local when I drove to the area where the salon was at I thought the area was super cute around it and had a lot of nice little shops that I could easily browse when my daughter was getting her hair done. BONUS! When I walked into the salon I was met with a super cool eclectic style with a little boutique attached to it. It had a very relaxing vibe. Jeicoby is an amazing hair stylist and human being. My hair wasn’t in the best shape, but Jeicoby was so professional and comforting. My hair felt and looked amazing afterwards. I will definitely be coming back.

If there were unlimited stars, I'd still ask for more…this salon deserves more than just stars. They deserve to be recognized as the best salon in Connecticut. I came all the way from Florida to visit my daughter. I have trust issues when it comes to getting my hair cut & styled. Let me just say my results are far more than I expected. My hair feels and looks absolutely amazing! My stylist was Keishly, she is very personable, professional and extremely talented. She makes you feel beyond comfortable while sitting in her chair. Her touch is gentle but gets the job done and done right. I can finally say I no longer have trust issues when it comes to my hair.
