I asked for a simple angled bob, neck length, shorter in the back and gradually longer toward the front. Instead of taking the time to section my hair, the hairdresser (who I believe is the owner) just combed it through and started cutting straight across. She seemed rushed, especially once two other clients walked in 2 minutes after she started cutting. She chopped off my mid-length hair in less than five minutes. The result was a disaster. The back was cut far shorter than I requested, the front left way too long, and the transition between them looked uneven and choppy. Some sections in the back were jagged and zigzagged, as if no effort was made to blend the haircut at all. On top of that, she didn’t even brush off the cut hair sticking all over my neck and back. My mom and I have been going to Jeffrey's for over a year. A nice, clean, relaxed place for getting our hair done. I get color and haircut. My mom gets highlights, low lights, cut, perm or body wave. Inessa is very good and pleasant. I completely recommend.
