I have been a member off and on for years and I will always come back. Clean. Friendly and enough room and machines.

There is something seriously wrong with this place . The incompetence with the staff is beyond a next level of ultra high. I would rather die in pain than go here again.

This place is awesome! Buddy and Lisa really know how to put you at ease when you're needing pain relief! Professional, caring, friendly, knowledgeable and treats everyone with respect. I have been well taken care of!

This gym has some of the most helpful individuals in the state. Nice gym nestled in pine bluff arkansas. Equipment is clean and the gym is never busy! Highly recommend.
