Jean's Hair Place

Jeans was recommended to me by a few people but unfortunatly I didn't have a positive experience. I had an appointment on Thursday; I showed up not sure if they would be open because of the storm but they were. However, I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time, my stylist didn't show, didn't call to explain why she wasn't able to be there for the appointment and the receptionist didn't have her number to call her. I tried to be understanding under the circumstances, I told the receptionist that I'd be willing to reschedule and she took my number down. It's been 3 days, no one has called; no attempt to reschedule my appointment or appologize for the oversite. I'm very disappointed.

The lady I spoke with on the phone tried to schedule me 8 days away to straighten my hair. Then as we were talking she realized I wanted a long lasting straighten treatment and they "don't do that anymore".

AMAZING place and people... definitely affordable prices. Great experience quality care family oriented will ABSOLUTELY be going back

Had my hair highlighted by Tammy March 24. It looked terrible one of worst jobs ever had. Had her immediately redo right side now it looks right. Never will use her again!

Tammy is very efficient. She is friendly and does a good job with my cut.
