Absolutely terrible communication. My husband bought a package off Groupon for my mother's day gift. He scheduled my appointment in which I have a confirmation email for. I went, saw an open sign lit up but no one was there and THEY WERE CLOSED! I was able to access what I'm guessing is the lobby but no one was there. Then when I called to complain, I never got a call back and they kept dodging my husband's calls when he tried to reschedule/complain. Needless to say I have not been able to use my package/gift and we requested a refund through Groupon. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND using this spa!

The experience was wonderful!!!! The staff was pleasant, from the receptionist (Dorita), down to Allison my masseuse. We were on a “Girl’s Trip” to Savannah and wanted a message. Dorita. was so kind and pleasant to work the schedule to get the 3 of us in and we were not disappointed. We will visit again. If you are looking for a pleasant, professional, and relaxing environment, Joberson’s is your place. Thanks for making our experience wonderful!

My first Swedish massage here was well worth it. I purchased a Groupon and forgot to read the reviews first. After reading the reviews I was definitely worried about my first visit going wrong. However I have to say find out for yourself. I was checked in fairly quick, Barry came out and got me within 10 min which was fine since I arrived ahead of time. Long story short my massage was great! I do recommend.

We just had a couples massage at Joberson's and it was the best experience ever! From scheduling the massage to the very end was nothing but a great experience!Justin and Leah were great and very attentive!!! The hot stone was the absolute best ever!! It was our anniversary and it was like they set the room up just for us!! We live about 2 hours away will drive the 2 hours just to come back to Joberson's!!! We appreciate the AWESOME customer service and excellent massages!! This place definitely deserves more than a 5 star!!

I was in Savannah with my best friend on vacation and booked us massages off of Groupon at Joberson Day Spa! This was our first time having a massage, and it did not disappoint! Barry was so professional and patient and really set the bar high for the next one we book! I highly recommend them!
