Amazing service from start to finish. They took the time to ensure I got the correct color of braiding hair I wanted and explained how each one would look if I chose one or the other. Rumen and Tunde knew exactly what to do and their work ethic is fantastic. My boho braids came out beautifully and the curls were full and flowing like I wanted. Everyone is very professional, and the salon is clean and welcoming.

Giving two stars for the ladies that did my hair because I know they work hard and I feel bad because they were nice when I was in the chair. But my hair is atrocious. After two days of having them in, the hair is matted and dry. I paid $300 for boho with human hair and they clearly used synthetic without me knowing. I’m so disappointed and frustrated that it came out like this and I paid via Zelle so I cannot even dispute the charge. The morning after I got it done (I got it done on Friday night) I woke up and it was dry, matted, and you could clearly tell it was synthetic hair used. I couldn’t see that the day before because they dipped the ends in hot water so it masked the synthethic hair. I’ve spent Saturday and Sunday trying to fix it. Dorcas and Elizabeth did my hair (marley twists) and did a fantastic job. It came out beautiful and very neat. They were gentle and didn’t braid too tight, so I have no pain. And also done in a timely manner: they took just under 5 hours.

I made an appointment for today and I assumed the shop wouldn’t open because of the snow storm. The owner called me and told me 2 workers will be coming in. I was done in less than 5 hours. Thanks to Tunde and Kudi for doing my boho knotless and making my day! I will be back!

Love the customer service! Everyone is so polite, professional, and friendly. I appreciate there is a very detailed website with a variety of hairstyles and easy appointment scheduling. Pricing is clear and transparent. Braiding quality is consistent, pain free and not too tight! They have gained a loyal customer.
