JCPenney Salon

I got my haircut here, and it is so uneven. I'm so upset, like my hair was so long and pretty, it's uneven and botched, and I wouldn't recommend 1/10. This was Dec 7th it even looked bad when I styled it, and that says, "How bad it is pls call me .

The place is hidden inside Jcp. It's a really big salon. The staff seems nice and they do a decent job. My wife got her hair cut there it looked clean not a lot of stray hairs. The price was good also $55 with tip.

I took my 12yo daughter to JCPenny for a hair cut. She wanted 2 inches cut off, layers, and curtain bangs. Her hair was halfway down her back and beautiful. The oriental woman that cut her hair washed it, brushed it, combed it straight, then turned her scissors straight up and down and cut around her head. When I questioned her, she said “this is how you do layers.” She never sectioned her hair, just cut around the bottom. For the curtain bangs, she took a thin piece of hair from each side of her face and cut them lopsided. My daughter asked that she blow dry and curl her hair with her bangs curled back. She blowdried her hair then curled her bangs on one side towards her face and the other side away from her face. When I pointed this out she said “oh let me fix it! I curl it the other way

Snow has been doing my hair for almost two years. The first time I went to her she repaired a terrible hair color I had had done the day before. She worked a miracle! I’ve been going to her since. Snow is a delight—fun and friendly. And she’s an expert! Competent, with attention to detail. And so kind and gracious. I highly recommend her!!!!!

I have been going to Shawnta' for the last 10 years and she's never disappointed! Anytime I'm complimented or asked about my hair I always point them in her direction. A lot of my requests have been things she's never tried before, But she does go all out to do research for something she's new to. The blue hair is something I've been wanting for a while now and it turned out even better than I was hoping for! I won't let anyone, but her touch my hair. She always does a 5* job!
