Jennifer L. in the Wilmington salon is just about the only person I fully trust to cut/style my hair! Not that my hairstyle(s) tend to be high maintenance or anything but I do have curly hair that grows unevenly and she is the only stylist to evvvver consistently provide adorable results. Plus she's willing to take time to educate me about my specific hair/health needs to meet my desired hair goals for future cute cuts/styles! We even share "hair idea boards" with each other for styles I want to try out 💜 She's practically surgical with a pair of scissors! Can't say enough wonderful things about this woman!

Saw Phylicia today for the first time. I have very fine and straight hair. I showed her a picture I like and she hit a home run with it. I highly recommend her.

I was serviced by Stephanie Davis, the salons manager. She has decades of experience and is very gentle. Her skill and expertise are apparent by the way she works! I got a keratin treatment (twice now, both times by her) to help my hair be more manageable and I love it! I’ll definitely be back!

Jennifer had her work cut out for her, but she did an absolutely wonderful job with the cut and color! It is the best haircut and color that I have ever gotten and I have never had so many compliments!!! She is very talented and I would absolutely recommend her!

The customer service in the salon is absolutely horrible!! You would think they would be nice since most JCP are out of business!! Generally they are out of stock of my product, so business elsewhere. I wish i got names because one lady was completely out of line and should not be in cutomer service!! Stay away!!
