Had my hair done here by Nayeli and she was amazing!! 10/10 recommend! I was way nervous since I haven’t had my hair done in a while and she was so professional; and knowledgeable + so kind! Absolutely love my hair! Thank you Nayeli!!

I’ve been getting my hair done here by Cheryl for years! She also does my mom and grandmas hair. She is the best and always leaves my hair beautiful and soft!

I had my hair done for the first time in many years. Found JC Penny hair salon while shopping in the store; I am glad I did. Best part is that it’s economical, I had color, high lights, cut and hair treatment done and was half of what I expected to pay. Maria did a fantastic job on my hair! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!

This was my first visit to the salon. My stylist cancelled arriving and the Manager, Liseth, attended to me. She explained products that would improve my hair and scalp care. She was very kind and respectful. She would check if I still had the time to wait for her to start my appointment because she was covering the front desk. I knew that a first visit usually goes over because the possibility of additional services. So adding a treatment was perfect.

I was late to my appointment, that’s my fault. I offered to come back next Saturday to get my hair done but they squeezed me with a lady, and then I was told I’d only have to wait 15 minutes to get serviced. Once the lady called me in, I had to wait an hour or so for her to actually get to me. Once she’s actually free to do my hair, I show her the picture/color that my hair was, it’s the color that I want done again, it’s called “dark cherry red”, anyways she sees the color and confirms with saying “oh it’s like a dark violet red” and I say yes. Anyways, she starts the process, when she’s done I look in the mirror and it’s a bright red, no where near the violet red that I had shown her. (Btw I got to the salon at 11:00 and left at 3:20), I tell her that it’s the wrong color and she fix
