Went to see Gretchen to have my hair fixed after a recent mishap. She was absolutely excellent. She communicated every step of the way, showed me how I can style my hair, and was incredibly nice. I went in hating my hair incredibly bummed with how it looked and left feeling like a new woman! 10 out of 10 recommend Gretchen at JCPenny salon.

I have been going to see Gretchen for years. The first time I got in her chair, I needed a change but had no idea what color/styles look good. I put it in her hands and let me say…her ability with color and highlights is astounding. I keep coming back to her for so many reasons (not just because I get so many compliments on my hair.) She does a great job cutting and styling my hair and I have no idea how she does these incredible blowouts. (There is some magic there or something.) She is not only professional but a master in her craft. Highly recommended her!

My boyfriend goes here for his hair cuts. Karen always does such a nice job which I’m incredibly grateful for because I have to look at him every day haha. Everyone here is nice and it’s it’s reasonably priced

Let me just say, if you have thick and curly hair, you have to come and see Gretchen! She specializes in it and is fabulous. The salon was welcoming and clean and I was taken care of right away as a walk in. The universe aligned me with her perfectly and she completely changed my look and brought my curls back to life. She educated me throughout the entire process as well and had recommendations on products and how to take care of and maintain the curls. I love my hair. Come and see her!
