Went here to get my layers fixed and Sandra did an even worse job. Do NOT use her if you go here!

Brittany was so amazing! She gave me everything I asked for and better than what I pictured in my mind! She is so friendly and a great multitasker as well! She was able to take care of me while still helping others in the process. I’m so happy I walked in here today and they were able to take me in right away! I will definitely be back! Thank you again Brittany!

Service is Great but they don’t have diversity in their stylist. They have 1 person that can do Afro-American hair and that stylist only works two days and take VERY few customers a week. The other stylist only do Caucasian hair. Based on that one stylist I would say 5 stars but based on the lacks of diversity and availability I rate this two stars

At 10:45 am, I made an appointment for 1:30 pm that same day with a specific stylist. I received an email confirming the date, time, and stylist. I arrived at 1:25 and was told that the stylist I had selected called in sick that morning and they had moved my appointment to a different stylist who had just taken another client I and would not be available until 2:15. I did not get any email about the changes appointment. They did not offer another stylist or seem very apologetic. I cancelled and left and will not return. The salon I have been using closed & I was looking for a new one. This will not be it.
