Myra did a Great job on my new color & relaxer & roller set. I am old school and she did an Awesome job! She conditioned my hair so well . . .felt so soft, & supple. She does her best to always give you what you want!!

David Dee is an amazing stylist who listens to what you want and doesn’t exactly that. He has cut my hair atleast five times now and I always walk out of the salon happy and confident. He has a great personality and is easy to talk to while maintaining a professional work attitude. I will continue to see David as long as he is cutting hair.

I was at lynn haven mall JCPennys hair salon yesturday in virginia beach .I needed a touch up and a hair cut .my hair is shoulder length. Eileen was my hair dresser. I was charged $310.00 for a one time service witch includes a touch up ,hair cut and and high lights .I really was shocked when they gave me the price .I never ever payed $310 for a hair cut service and im from Ny and i take care of my hair every 6 weeks . I will never recommend or go there again. Never.

Today, Eileen, a master stylist cut my hair. I asked her to cut an inch off my hair and she cut at least 2 inches off my hair. I am very upset. I told her that it took awhile to grow out my hair and for her to just ignore what I wanted. I told her repeatedly to only cut an inch but she didn't even seem to know what an inch was. She asked me with her fingers if that was how much to cut. How can you be a Master Stylist and not know what an inch is? She then was criticizing the color of my hair! I don't need another stylist telling me it that my hair looks a certain way! Telling me what to do with my hair when I usually go to a more professional hair stylist! Do yourself a favor and don't go here. I do not recommend them. Because of her, I have to let my hair grow after it took me over 6 mon

The worst hair cut experience of my life. I went in for a hair cut (trim really) and some highlights. David was the one to cut my hair and he literally wouldn't even listen to me. Made so many sexist comments about women and how they always have to go through a “long hair phase” until they realize its not pretty. He then proceeded to complain that my hair was tangly and pulled my hair in a ponytail above my head and chopped about 6 inches off that fell right onto my lap. I asked for long layers and clearly described that the layers should only be an half inch difference from the bottom of my hair. I had hair down to my waist, and was left with choppy “layers” that end at my shoulders. I cried in front of David and he proceeded to tell me “i gave you exactly what you asked for”. David… that
