My hair was to the middle of my back. I told james to only cut 2 inches off the back and then layers in the front. He desecrated my hair. First he just combed it all back then started cutting from behind. I didn't know they weren't small snippets until it was too late. James has an alcohol problem and I could tell by how much his hands were shaking. I do not judge someone who hasan alcohol problem but he seems like hes completely fried from the years of abuse. After he chopped my hair from the back he proceeded to gather without parting my hair and just trimming a cascade of layers..... By this time i still wanted to trust the process. I should have gotten up and ran away at this point but I was in shock and reality didn't hit me yet. He literally destroyed my long beautiful hair. I asked

my brother, my mom, my sister and i all go to this salon. my brother, has the worst luck since he’s autistic. his hair stylist always jacks up his hair and it turns out crooked in the front, terrible in the back. Mrs. Elda cuts his hair and i cannot be more pissed. his school pictures are coming up and he does not look prepared at all. don’t have anywhere else to go so i guess we’re stuck with him getting crooked and jacked hair all the time.

My son got his first haircut cut here and the girl that did it was beyond nice and patient with him. I forgot her name but she’s the young African American girl there with short dreads. I definitely recommend her

Jaia did a redkin style on me, she took her time and did a wonderful job explaining every step. She was super helpful in picking products best for my hair aswell
