If I could rate this experience a 0 I would. I went in for a bang trim 3 days after I got a full cut. First time the girl didn’t cut them as short as I asked, but I wasn’t feeling great so I left. I said I wanted my curtain bangs to be shorter at the top with cohesive layers that blended into the rest of my cut. Basically just cut the bangs shorter than they were but not change the shape. She gathered all of my bang section & cut ~3 off of all of it. I reminded her of what I wanted before she officially snipped it and she said “oh yeah I got you.” For 5 min she tried to blend them but it didn’t work. They are so choppy and ugly. I paid $15 to look absolutely ridiculous and I am so upset about it. A refund for destroying my bangs is the absolute minimum jcp could do since I’ll have to go to

Wendy is the most amazing stylist and person. She has been cutting my children and my hair for several years, we followed her when she transitioned into managing at JCPenney’s. I have two boys, one has natural ringlets and he won’t let anyone touch his hair but Wendy. My youngest loves her haircuts also, and she recently started perming his hair, and he LOVES it. And she has done many different cuts and colors on me, and I love it every time. She listens to you, she knows what will work well with your hair texture and thickness, she is knowledge on different products but won’t push anything on you, and she is an amazing soul and knows how to read people (So if you are just trying to zone out while she does your hair, she’s not going to chat your ear off, but if you’re up for conversation s

Very disappointed with my service today Stylist did not say that my twist were going to half done when I was finished if that was the case she shouldn’t have even start I walked out looking worse than when i came in and when I called for a refund she was being passive aggressive over the phone because I called for a refund do not recommend coming here if you are looking for and type of twists

My client had an appointment scheduled by the guardian and who ever booked the appointment assured the guardian that payment can be made over the phone and when the client is done she needs to call and give guardian credit card for billing.Unfortunately when the appointment was done and caregiver was leaving he was told he needs to pay for the service and he told them that guardian had talked to someone in the salon.When I got at salon they said their policy don’t allow them to take credit card information on the phone! My question was who gave this information to my clients guardian? They said they don’t know.! I was like from your system doesn’t it show who booked the appointment? .It was very upsetting and how they made us feel was horrible.180 dollars isn’t a lot that someone can run a
