Zero stars! I went to the location at Alamo Ranch on Aug 3rd. I scheduled an appointment as a first time customer for my daughter. (She’s 6). They initially scheduled me at noon and I was supposed to be paged while I shopped. I got a call at 12:40 that they were ready for me, but I was long gone, so they rescheduled my visit for 5pm. After waiting for 20 mins I asked why they were taking long to call my daughter back. The cashier asked me what my daughter’s name was and removed a young girl from the stylists’ chair and sat my daughter down. The stylist looked at me and said,” sorry, there are a lot of kids today.” She didn’t introduce herself or speak to us. She only spoke to me when I told her my daughter’s hair was crooked. She ruined my daughter’s hair!! All I wanted was a trim and her

Kaley always does a great job with my hair and my daughters hair. She is attentive and pays attention to detail. I would highly recommended kaley to anyone who is looking for a stylist to take care of their hair health and journey .

I came to this salon twice. The first time was after 3 years of not dying my hair. I got a big chop and let it grow out. The lady was nice. She said she was gonna do the half of my hair first then the second half the next time. Everyone swore up and down she was great. I came back 4 months later. That same lady didn’t have any slots so I chose the first available. I got there 8 mins late. She didn’t see me for another 20 mins. My apt was 12:30 I wasn’t on her chair until 1:08. She proceeded to tell me that it was gonna be 320 plus 60 for it being long when it’s straight, I have 3A type of hair. So I was like ok, but is it gonna look good is it gonna damage it you think. When dealing with a stylist who says they have 20+ yrs of experience, you expect to be able to ask for a basic, angled bob with layers in the back and get a great result, no? Well, no. Anyone who knows the definition of an angled bob knows it goes DOWN towards the front… idk what I got, but it looks more like a 2001 mom cut than the cute mom bob I was going for. I was not impressed with Joel.

Ashley has trimmed my hair twice now, and I am always very pleased with my cut. Ashley always makes sure it is perfect before I go. Her attention to detail is second to none, and I recommend her highly.
