1- I booked appointment through website with Julia it indecated that it is $105 . I thought it’s professional environment and it should be fixed price but they charged me $195 . If they told be before doing my hair I would never go do such cheap manner place . When I asked them why is it 195 in the list they said because they curled my hair . I said I never asked for it why you curled and and then charged me for the service I never asked for . Then she said okay we are disregarding curling thing but it’s still $195 . I felt like they trapped me . They charged me 25$ for extra foil . $25 for chemicals used in my and I don’t know what else if I knew it was that expensive I wouldn’t do my hairs at this saloon . But they won’t tell you the cost before doing the hair they will surprise you at t

I came here to get a haircut after I had my baby a few years back and finally have the courage to leave a review. I have to say my hair wasn’t at its best after two weeks of postpartum and my hairstylist(2 year) that day made me cried after leaving the salon. She told me my hair wasn’t healthy and shamed me every time she brushed my hair because I had hair falling out. My hair was long and wanted it cut to a medium length but she kept insisting, the shorter the better because my hair is no good. So until I realized my hair was up to my neck I told her to please stop cutting. I was nice enough to pay her for the haircut I didn’t want and the rude comments she made. Never went back.

I just had one of the best haircuts of my life and I didn’t even know JC Penny had a salon and did hair! My stylist, Victoria, was attentive, detailed, and really made sure I was happy. She did a great job and I’d recommend this place but especially her! Super nice and friendly and cares about you getting what you want and like. Keep up the great work Victoria!

Courtney is amazing! I’ve been taking my daughter to her to get her hair braided and she does an excellent job every time. She is very professional, gets us in and out, and has amazing customer service skills. Sometimes I am skeptical when it comes to hair stylists but I always feel safe and comfortable with her.

JC Penney Salon @ Arden Fair/Sacramento. My stylist was Benjamin. Visited about one week ago. Benjamin did an excellent full head of blonde foils, toning, cut and style. My results are just beautiful, color, cut and condition of my hair following the highlighting. He was very precise and careful to use the safest levels of developer to keep my hair healthy during the process, as well as olaplex treatment. This was very much appreciated as I have thin, fine hair that I had battered and neglected for the past 8 months or so. Benjamin was clearly very good at what he does, courteous and professional. I would recommend this salon and stylist. I hope to return in the future.
