JCPenney Salon

I went in an asked for some slight blonde highlights and referenced several pictures for the stylist, Cindy, to use. She said no problem and started mixing the colors. They dye was very chunky and after I realized it, about 75% of my head was covered in foils- when I just asked for a few highlights. She then rinsed the dye out and constantly kept getting water on the back of my shirt. I saw my hair in the mirror, which was a super brassy blonde, I could barely see any of my original hair, and my roots were not even dyed. I started to literally cry in the store, then said that it was nothing like I asked for and told her that I wanted to leave. Cindy said that she would fix it and tone down the blonde highlights. Always come here to the store for walk ins. Today on November 13 I wanted to get my hair curled and I walked in and the sign says gone for lunch. That’s fine. Until a worker told me the salon was closed and I said well it’s not because the website says the salon Wasn’t gonna be closed until 7pm tonight. So instead of putting a “gone to lunch” at 3:40 in the afternoon and not gonna do my hair. Then put on the sign “closed” if you don’t want to work on my hair and Make money. I will not be coming back here ever again. Open 11-7pm… and gonna close the salon around 3.. what a waste for a drive.

Took my 2 oldest daughters in one for a cut and one to be thinned out. I cannot remember the names of the two ladies who did their hair (they looked younger) but gosh I wish I did! They did an amazing job on my girls hair! We will definitely continue to use them

They litterly ruined my niece's hair. She wanted a trim with layers without taking much of the length off. The lady WACKED her long hair that was in the middle of her back to where it wasn't even touching her shoulders. DO NOT GO HERE!

I can honestly say I will never set foot in that place. Hairstylist is untrained and sloppy, cutting chunks out and thinning hair way too much. Not a place suited for even a dog, let alone a person. A three year old learning to use scissors does better work. STAY AWAY
