JCPenney Salon

Scheduled an appointment with Holly at the Plainfield salon. Drove all the way out there, arrived 10 min early and nobody was to be found. Waited until 15 minutes AFTER my scheduled start time and still nothing. All the lights were on, there was even a space heater still on behind the front desk. Tried calling the phone to see if that would get her to come out and nothing. Safe to say I will not be returning. Very unprofessional. Waste of gas and time. Thanks Holly!

My husband and I had hair cuts and I also had my hair colored. Our stylist was Katie and in two words “Never Again”! After my color was done I noticed that the hair by my ears was still gray. She offered to re olor that part but after being there that long I did not wish to stay any longer. I actually had to bring that to her attention which makes me wonder about other areas not quite as visible. Both our cuts are choppy and we are both very dissatisfied. I really don’t feel she should be left alone to do any hair styling, although she was very friendly and sweet, just not a good hair stylist.

I walked into the salon to see about getting my haircut. I have a normal stylist but knew I couldn’t get in before Christmas and my hair was a mess! I met Mea and she was amazing! One of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. She was gentle and took her time. If I was closer I would definitely be a returning customer.

Impressed with the amazing customer service from the time I called to see if there was walk-in availability to the final touches of my 4-year-olds haircut. Destiny helped my son feel comfortable and was flexible, kind and patient with him! His haircut is perfect and we’re all very happy with his haircut and experience.

Got my 1 year olds hair cut by destiny today and she did an amazing job! She was so patient and sweet with him. Even had toys for him to play with. Will definitely be back anytime he needs a haircut!
