I asked the women who cut my 8 year old hair if she knew how to do a wolf cut , she told me yes she has done it before! We showed her the photo of the young lady with black hair I've added with the others . Not only does her hair look nowhere close to what my daughter asked for it is a way to short ! My poor baby grew her hair out for this cut and I made the wrong choice salon's! I remember getting my hair done at jcp when I was a young girl and always leaving feeling beautiful that's why I brought my daughter.. I wish the women who did her hair had just said she didn't know what to do or how to do a wolf cut ! And to make things worse she kept saying how good it looked ? Lady my baby came in with gorgeous locks down to her bottom and you cut off a ponytail of it the moment I looked down

Scheduled appointment for 1130am. Arrived for appointment @ 1128am. Was told by receptionist, my scheduled stylist, Lorraine was on her way. Waited until 1145am. As I am walking out, Lorraine arrives and informs me she had to put up some food, that's why she is late. Asked to speak with a manager, who did not show up. Unprofessional. Prices on products are good.

We are standing in front of a bracelet we want for my wife. $595.00 nothing fancy The cashier came in on our left, bypass us, went to other customer not even looking into display and ask them, can I help you? We left never coming back.

I had my hair cut today and it was, by far, the worst cut I have ever had. The girl was obviously inexperienced and in way over her head. When I got home, I realized she entirely missed one layer of my hair. It hug 2" longer than the area she cut. Someone there should have stepped in and offered to help. I ended up having to go else where to get it straightened out! $25 + tip at JCP. (No blow dry) Another $23 at the second salon. One other experience I had was about 6 weeks ago. I went for a perm. Online said $60 and up. It turned out to be $100 + tip. I told her I didn't need it cut and went out wet. Asked her to adjust the price under the circumstance. She cut it by $10. Again, no cut, no blow dry! Very disappointed. I will NEVER go there again.
