Lindi was amazing! I have never had highlights before and she put my mind at ease immediately, and did an amazing job❤️ I have had so many compliments. Would recommend them to anyone. The manager even stepped in and helped out another customer. The manager was very nice and complimentary, she made me feel so good about myself when I left! If you are looking for a new lace to try, got to JC Penny Norman and ask for Lindi. Online appointments were easy and and you know the price you are paying before you get there, it is a WIN WIN!!!

Allora is the BEST! I’ve had her cut my hair twice. The first time, she cut over 2 feet off! The second time I had her add more layers to it. She is amazing at listening to what you want and giving you exactly what you pictured. I feel so confident and pretty with my new style! I have curly hair and it is not easy to find someone that can manage it. Allora has a forever client in me. Call and make an appointment. You won’t regret it!

I’m fairly new to town and I have been trying to find a new stylist. I like to change my hair up quite a bit so it was important for me to find someone and get familiar with them. I called to make a an appointment for a Friday morning. Luckily for me, the girl I was scheduled with called in sick and I got Patrice. I swear it was fate finding this woman! I showed her pictures of what I wanted and gave her some history of how my hair color pulls and blah blah blah. Patrice NAILED IT! 🙌🏼😍💁🏻‍♀️ Highly recommend her for color and cuts!

I stopped in this evening after an unplanned work event popped up. The young lady who immediately greeted me when I walked in was fabulous! Friendly, Kind, professional, and an absolute Joy to sit with! Thank you for taking time to get me in! I left there feeling great!

The experience was good as far as the people being nice while I had children with me and a crying baby at one point. However for an actual haircut I was not satisfied because I was ignored. I told the lady exactly what I wanted and explained it and showed her a picture.... She still did as she pleased and I had to fix my sons hair after paying... I would not go here...
