I drove to Penney Salon in heavy rain this morning 26 miles and the lady that I booked for Boston was off. How was that? That's the second time I have drove to Newnan and I was not on book. One time with Toya, I don't think I will be going back. Julia Reeves

Bad experience today. WASTE IF MONEY. I Should have read reviews for all JC Penny Salons before I went. First I found a 20% off coupon for any salon service $30 or more for first time visit. I asked Aleda if I could use the coupon for the services and she said she didn’t know. I asked her several times and she said she didn’t know because she could only check after I completed services and checked out. I was not pleased with the service. I visited the salon to hair my hair colored. Aleda asked if I wanted to have my hair straightened so I had straightening and ends clipped. My hair was not straightened. It was hard and stiff. It appeared that my hair fell out during the service. She seemed to be struggling blow drying my hair. Aleda went to get the broom and swept up hair aft

We walked to the salon area of the store where a young lady was putting away boxes. We literally stood at the salon sign in area for a good 5 minutes while she walked in and out of the store. Nobody approached us at all and then my wife asked “excuse me, we are here for a hair cut”. It was only then she said the stylist just left for the day. No sign, just the google page said open and no communication until prompted. I would stay away.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed but got then butchered instead. One eyebrow is thick and the other is pencil thin!!! Somehow the wax got stuck/dried on my skin so she had to pluck it off. When I asked why the wax wouldn't pull off with the cloth strips she said it was because of my skin but I've never had that problem before.

Worst hair cut ever.. got a standard bob cut from the manager and it was the choppiest hair cut i ever got. And he took pictures without my consent!! When it came time to pay he had a bad attitude. Won’t be going back
