OK, let’s be real when people think of JCPenney‘s and getting their hair done there. They’re very skeptical at first. We can all agree on that but let me tell you I had the best experience. my stylist Misty took the time to understand what I wanted done to my hair. She is very upbeat, outgoing, and personable, which is good to be in this kind of business. I’ve got to know her very well and I will be back and sending some more clients to her As well. My daughter had her first ever appointment with the salon and I thought it be a great salon. It turned out the person i booked her with was not well trained. Her highlight look so bad. The front of her hair was still dark and it looked like the person who did her hair didn’t get close enough to the scalp or was not try to get close. The person Trying to blame it on her and was telling her she colored her new growth. Now my kid would never color her own hair dark if she trying to go lighter. She was upset because she has to go out in public with messed up hair. She will definitely tell everyone in town not to see the stylists she had and recommend not going to this salon unless you want to pay way over price for a bad service. Misty! Ask for Misty!! We have a riot and I get the best "hair-apy" when I have my appt with her. She's been doing hair for years and stays up to date with the beautiful color tones, style/cuts!! She has done my hair with lowlights, highlights, root touch up, long (really long) and recently, I had my locks chopped off! Everytime I leave feeling so refreshed and renewed. My hair color lasts and my hair is healthy. I love the convienence of the location, ease of making appts and Misty is truly a gem. Plus- they have amazing products in stock and everytime I'm there my favorite liter sized products are sale or my Jcpenney rewards rack up with money off. That's a Win-Win! Hazel, is simply amazing, I’m such a busy person, she always works me in, listens to what makes me happy with my hair needs, gets my color perfect and tbe type of cut I like. Even certain hair products, best suited for my hair. I never want to go anywhere else, then JCPenny and have Hazel be my cosmetologist. Sometimes I just go in for a style and out to a night out, with family and friends, and Hazel always comes through for me.
