10/10 Christina did a great job. She had so much patience highlighting and toning my hair. The color and the cut was exactly what I asked for. Bird pic is reference of what my hair was before.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Booked an appointment for my 12 year old, double checked up front that a wash and dry were included for all cuts (per their website) and I was informed a shampoo/condition was. I offered to pay more for a blow dry, but never received a yes or no, but not a big deal. The stylist was rude, cut off any type of direction on her hair cut, couldn’t understand the words curtain bang, said no it would take too long when asked about the shampooing, then proceeded to cut her hair dry. Basically told me to go sit down. Left with choppy layers (a literal shelf in the back) and the right side longer than the other. Brought it to her and the front desks attention but was told by the stylist that “there’s layers it’s not going to be even”. Never going back and do not recom

I want to thank Kaity 😊 she is absolutely 💯 wonderful. She's the best hair stylist I've ever had. I highly recommend her. She colored, toned and trimmed a few inches off. I'm finally the platinum color I've been trying to get! Great salon. Everyone there is nice and friendly.

If She is Busy ALL The Other Stylist Are Good Also! I will never use this salon again.My hair is SOO damaged there's probably nothing I can do but let it grow out..If it doesn't all fall out first.Im afraid to even brush or comb it..it's to brittle its breaking off.This stylist was supposed to be a master. I came in for a simple partial highlight..she put me under the dryer and had it so hot the foils were burning my head.i got up and turned it down.Then i had to holler out for her to come check on me..needless to say when she took foils out.MY HAIR WAS WHITE ! No color what so ever left .and she acted like it was fine! . I was so upset i almost wanted to cry in fact I did later.. I Told her..look i cant leave here looking like this.Can we lowlight some color back in to offset it.i was told I didn't pay for that so no..Finally she decided p
