Omg Two Weeks ago I went and got highlights.. a young girl only been working for 4 months did them. They look okay when I left but a couple days later the top was big bird yellow. I paid $115 with a $10 tip. I feel that just went down the drain. Of course I thought I could fix it with a toner but that didn’t do anything to the yellow. I tried an all over color didn’t touch the yellow. Today I tried again with a darker all over color it didn’t touch the yellow and turned the highlights green. I wasn’t gonna write a post because the girl was very nice but here I am today with $200 in my hair and the top is yellow with green highlights. 😭😭😭

I honestly wouldn't even give this place a 1 star, it was the worse hair cut I've ever gotten in my life. Went in for a trim to get the split ends trimmed, I couldn't even tell they had cut my hair until I went another salon to get my split ends trimmed and the stylist turned the chair around and gave me a mirror so I could see how terrible the back of my hair looked. It was choppy and uneven I cried. I have very long hair and I had to lose 3 additional inches of hair due to jcp salon in Mount Sterling. I work very hard to keep my hair pretty and healthy. I went in there and spent $30 on a hair cut and had to spend an additional $40 at another salon to fix the mistake jcp salon made. I will never go there again.

I got a hair cut a few months ago and was very pleased. Now I needed a perm. Called them and they do perms but not at this time.

The hair stylist was very nice and friendly. She took the time to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted.
